Newspaper an Excellent Resource for Real Estate Investing!

I got a nice little offer on the Sunday paper for only 52 weeks. So I gave it a shot a week ago. Yesterday I received my first copy,
and to my surprise the paper gives a lot of information for real estate investors.

The paper shows the following:
Real estate auctions of bank owned properties
I was viewing properties that are being auctioned for 45% ARV! That's insane.

Recent Sales Activity
The paper also showed a lot of local sales. This will help to determine activity and movement of properties.

Websites
It is good to see that the info I read in the paper can also be viewed online and on a daily basis.

Real Estate Ads, homes for sale, new construction, and a lot more info can be found in the local paper.

I will of course try to systemize my approach on finding properties without wasting much time doing irrelevant searches. I was able to find some interesting properties, but not of them fall into my target neighborhood. Maybe I should try bird dogging, or wholesaling again?
