Okay, so it seems like thing have slowed down way to much! I ran up all my At&T minutes (which isn't a whole lot), talk about letting my fear go. I had to bump it up to a higher plan (which I still think isn't a whole lot). I was able to get some W-2's from my job so I can fax it over to my Hard Money Lender and I can get my proof of funds letter. I am still waiting on my drivers license.
Property Searching
It seems like I have been looking at properties all wrong! Apparently I scan to much the list price on the property and don't look for the fixer upper. I feel like they REALLY DON'T EXIST, which I am totally wrong. So I will definitely need to update my 'Systemizing Property Searching'. It also appears like my R/E agent just bailed on me! Now I don't know how to look, and I am not receiving any listings.
